Following our 2023 Night of Worship, God called Pastor Lord and his family to partner with 28:19 Ministries. Since that night, we've hired Pastor Lord and he has committed to weekly gatherings with the community. Now, 20-30 people gather weekly for Sunday night gatherings, Bible studies and discipleship classes.
st. matthew's school
We've had a longstanding partnership with St. Matthew's Anglican School. We continue to support them financially and through prayer. In 2020, we celebrated our first birthday by paying the school fees for every child at St. Matthew's. We are so grateful for the role this space plays in our summer programming.
S.T.A.R. Foundation
After serving in obedience for several years in rural Nigeria, Arit was faithful, once again, when God called her and her family to be missionaries in Egypt. We get to support the work that she's doing through her non-profit, the S.T.A.R. Foundation. She started the only Christian school in a primarily Muslim region.
WORLD HELP
When 28:19 Ministries was forced to cancel our 2020 and 2021 Mission Experiences to Belize due to COVID, God redirected our path to World Help. Located in Lynchburg, Virginia, World Help is a humanitarian aid organization providing help and hope around the world. We love partnering with them for serve experiences throughout the year.
POMONA
Pomona Village, the place we call home in Belize, is full of people that have become family over the last decade. We've been able to support this village in so many ways over the last decade - through meeting physical needs, supporting education, and making disciples through consistent relationships and connections.
The Great Commission was Jesus’ last words spoken on this earth and He used them for two important commands, “GO & MAKE.” As believers, we're all called to go and make disciples.
